Ken Saxon, a Courage & Renewal Facilitator and founder of Leading From Within, shares how the practice of "Turning to Wonder" has strengthened his capacity as business leader.
Ken says, "When you work in organizations, you deal with all kinds of very different people and they respond in different ways to different things. If your paradigm is that there's one right way to look at things and outliers are just problems, you end up losing the richness of diversity of the community, of ideas and of solutions.
"Turning to wonder allows me to appreciate that these people are made of the same things I am, and yet they have completely different responses. And I become much more open to hearing the fullness of ideas in the room."
